| Elpida Memory has announced filing of a complaint with US International Trade Commission against Nanya Technology for patent infringement. |
| The filing of a complaint on November 15 with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) against the Taiwan-based company and its subsidiary Nanya USA cites claims of infringement in which Nanya DRAM products are accused of infringing seven of Elpida's US DRAM patents. Elpida is asking the ITC to issue an injunction to stop Nanya's infringing products from being imported into the US market. |
